How to watch the Champions League legally
Europe's premier club competition — 36 teams, 189 matches (new format from 2024). Rights are sold centrally by UEFA. The app surfaces third-party links; the only guaranteed access is through the licensed broadcaster in your country.

What the app does — and does not — provide
The app queries third-party sources and presents the links it finds. It does not host video, guarantee that a match will be listed, or hold any Champions League rights.
- Listings depend on third-party sources, which change without notice.
- Quality and commentary language vary by source.
- Geo-blocking and rights enforcement can remove a source at any time.
- The final is the most restricted match, not the most reliable one.
We do not publish stream links, schedules or source lists. If you need guaranteed access, use the licensed broadcaster in your country.
Why availability changes
Source uptime, geo-blocking and rights enforcement all affect what is available. A link that worked in the group stage may be gone in the knockout round. We do not advise on circumventing geo-blocks or ISP blocks: a VPN changes your apparent location, not the licence.
Legal position
UEFA aggressively protects Champions League rights. Blocking orders are routine in the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and France. In the UK, the High Court has ordered ISPs to block domains in real time during matches. The disclaimer summarises the position by jurisdiction.
How to choose a broadcaster for the Champions League
The “best” service is the one that holds the rights where you live. Everything else is secondary. Work through these five questions before you subscribe:
- Does it hold the rights in your country? Rights are sold territory by territory. A service that shows the Champions League in one market may have no rights in another.
- Does it cover the matches you actually want? A broadcaster may hold “the rights” but only show a subset of matches. Check the fixture list, not the marketing page.
- What does it cost per month? Compare the monthly price, the annual price and any cancellation terms. Sports tiers are often sold separately.
- Does it work on your devices? Check the app, the browser, the TV platform and the number of simultaneous streams.
- Is there a free or cheap legal route? Free-to-air coverage and highlights packages are real options in several markets.
Free-to-air and blackouts
Free-to-air: Free-to-air coverage varies by market. Some public broadcasters carry selected matches or highlights; check the UEFA broadcaster directory for your country.
Blackouts: UEFA sells rights centrally, so territorial restrictions apply. A VPN does not create a licence and may breach the service's terms.
A blackout is a rights rule, not a technical fault. If a match is blacked out in your country, a VPN does not create a licence and may breach the service's terms. We do not advise on circumvention.
