Hesgoal App Team
The team that publishes the Hesgoal Android app and maintains this site. This page explains what we do, how we verify releases, and what we cannot claim.
What we do
We build and publish the Hesgoal Android application
(com.vvstreams.app) and operate
hesgoalapk.com as its documentation and download page. The site is
not a mirror and not a directory of other developers' apps. Every
file linked from the download page is the file we signed.
The team combines Android release work with technical writing. The person who inspects the APK, checks the hash and reviews the permission list is the same team that publishes the app. That is the point of this site: first-party evidence, not a rewritten store listing.
How we verify a release
- Read the manifest: package, version, SDK levels, permissions.
- Verify the signature and record the certificate digest.
- Generate SHA-256 and MD5 from the exact file that will be published.
- Review every permission in plain English and rate the risk.
- Publish the values before the file link goes live.

How pages are reviewed
Technical pages are reviewed against the APK and the Android documentation. Legal pages are reviewed against public statutes and regulator guidance, and are explicitly not legal advice. Comparison pages are limited to what we can observe or what is publicly reported; we do not audit competitor files we cannot obtain safely.
Every page carries a visible review date. If a fact changes — a new version, a permission change, a corrected claim — the page is updated and the date changes. The editorial policy sets out the correction process.
What we will not do
- We will not invent a person, a credential, a test or a rating.
- We will not claim the app is “100% safe” or “virus-free”.
- We will not link to streams, embeds or match schedules.
- We will not tell you how to evade geo-blocks or ISP blocks.
- We will not claim a trademark or continuity we do not have.
Funding and independence
The app carries advertising through Google AdMob. This site may carry display advertising and affiliate links to licensed broadcasters in future. Where affiliate links appear, they are disclosed on the page. We do not accept payment for positive coverage.
